Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with 80–100 prospective learners on a daily basis through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable academic programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, College Comparisons, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Manage the complete admission process, including application guidance, documentation, and enrolment formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission journey to ensure effective conversions.
- Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the database.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent counselling and conversion efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, university updates, scholarships, and admission policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any UGC approved Universities.
- 1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student recruitment, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
